Copley Place Tower Boston

Copley Place Tower, one of the newest high-rise residential buildings to be approved in Boston, will soar 569 feet into the Back Bay skyline. Copley Place Tower will be built above the current Neiman Marcus Space in the Copley Mall at 100 Huntington Avenue. The 52-story project by Simon Property Group calls for 109 ultra-luxury condos and 433 luxury apartments, as well as 115,000 SF of new retail space.

Copley Place Tower will be nestled on the boarder of Boston’s popular Back Bay and South End neighborhoods, and will offer an elevated essence of luxury living. Convenience is key, with the location allowing residents to enjoy the exceptional shopping and dining of Copley Place Mall and Prudential Center without even stepping outside. Copley Place Tower will feature luxury concierge amenities, secure bike storage, garage parking, a 7th floor Sky Lobby and deck, and plans also call for a lap pool on the 6th floor.

The Copley Place Tower Project is projected to bring the city $7.2m in tax revenue and create 1,700 construction jobs as well as 250-270 permanent positions. Simon Properties will contribute up to $1m to support the City’s Public Art Initiative, $250,000 to Friends of Copley Square and an additional $250,000 to the Southwest Corridor Park Conservancy.
